What is it?
Utilising our in-house tech platform, Serocor Hub, we build targeted skills communities to work with us on fixed price statements of work/outcomes rather than traditional time and materials-based day rates.
You can contract with Serocor Projects to deliver an SoW/fixed outcome/project. We only get paid when the project or milestone is signed off by you.
What problem can it solve?
Many agencies began to use the term ‘SoW’- which roughly translated – meant an outcome service delivered by an agency using a contingent workforce. Sadly many of the agencies were seen to not really understand what a true outcome delivery meant, and rather than solve a problem for clients, added to it by creating a disguised recruitment solution which would not stand up under HMRC scrutiny.
A true SoW solution must mean that a fixed price is established for a defined scope of works in which the company legally responsible for the delivery of the SoW is on the hook for commercial and delivery risk.
Many clients recognise the distinct advantages outcome services have, such as protecting margins, delivering quality and value. The challenge comes from the maturity of the client organisation and how it is able to scope and qualify works before issuing them to the delivery teams. This is where we come in.. We can help to define the project and manage the supply chain.
