We’re delighted to announce that Director of People Development, Heather Cracknell, has been appointed to the Serocor Group board.
In conjunction with the recent management buy-out, Heather will now sit on the senior leadership team along with David Wilson, Leon Howgill and Shaun Pope.
Commenting on her promotion, Heather said: “I’m pleased that the Group is bold enough to put an HRD on the board – a typically under-represented role. People are the Group’s most important asset and I’m looking forward to representing every voice in the business, increasing our diversity and creating more opportunities for all. I’m excited to be working alongside such a strong team and taking the business in new directions.
COO, David Wilson, echoes this sentiment, adding: “Heather has been absolutely integral to the Group, and I know she can have an even bigger impact by being on the board. Heather’s promotion reflects our investment in nurturing and growing our talent.”
